The four fixed zodiac signs - Leo, Taurus, Scorpio and Aquarius (just like in The World) represented by angel, eagle, bull, lion. These also represent the four evangelists in the Christian tradition, hence they have wings perhaps. They have books - Torahs (also held by The High Priestess)
The snake on the left indicates descending into the material world.
Sphinx (wisdom of the gods and kings) on the top of the wheel, the devil or Anubis at the bottom. As one goes up, the other goes down.
